Hello to the both of you again, Nice to hear a new show, even if it is “only” The Night Gallery. But - to be honest (and a bit sentimental), I love the show as much for your rapport as for prime Serling. Of course, I mean your on-air rapport, since for all I know, you two are the Phil and Don of podcasting. Anyway, that... As for Price’s twitchy talk of “black” there is something that might make it a tiny twitcher. Price is a real hero of mine, a culture hero, an aesthete, a humorist... all rolled up in a grand voice. But... I read a Price biography... quite interesting. Yet, during the middle 30s, he was somewhat intrigued by Hitler! Not a totally uncommon attitude of the time, and his was based on his upperclass upbringing in St Louis middle America, quite WASP, and generally suspicious of Jews and blacks. Must say he recovered quickly and became one of Hollywood’s good liberals, maybe better than most. But... there’s that! Nice to hear you again. Always a pleasure that doesn’t last long enough - perhaps an integral quality of pleasure. Best to you both, and merry whatever... Dale
